This department processes single parts for complex tooling and small production batches of up to 50/100 units. Machining ranges from simple to complex moulds for parts made of various materials, such as ERGAL 7075 aluminium, hardened and tempered 1.2311, K110-HPS and CPM10V tool steel. We also machine hardened materials up to 60-62 HRC with a centesimal guarantee on the dimensions required by the drawing.
